My essence options have disappeared when I used the Sapphire Charm. |

Sapphire Charm protects the weapon and its options from being destroyed when you fail the enhancement. However, because essence is different from enchantments or enhancements, so it does not get saved even if you use the Sapphire Charm. | |

What do you mean by apply essence and how does the system work? |
|
|
You can purchase essence stones, amethyst from HwaLen in TaeHan Province. You would not know what the essence is until you make your purchase. Once it comes into your inventory, you can see what kind of options you have which are randomly selected from Water, Wind, Poison, and Fire.
You can then apply your essence stones on to either the weapon or robes.
In order to put on the essence options on to your items, you must take the require materials to HwaLen and select the Apply Essence menu to put the option on to your item.
Essences can be applied up to 10 times, and the presence of enchantments or enhancements does not matter.
The strength of the essence can be strengthened when you succeed in applying the same type of essence.
When you fail in applying the essence, the essence option will reset.
Be thoughtful when you apply essence on to your items. | |

What is the maximum amount of gold that a character can hold? |

Character can hold up to 500,000,000 gold.
A player can store up to 1,000,000,000 in both personal storage and combined storage.
If your character holds 400,000,000 and other player tries to give you 200,000,000 your trade will not get completed because you would exceed the maximum gold. | |

What is the difference between the Added Damage and Increased Attack Power? |

Increased Attack effects the damage in all [Abilities/Skills/Rage] related attacks whereas Added damage only adds damage to the normal attack that character deals on the target.
However, because increased Attack Power ranges from 1-15 whereas Added Damage 1-20, the choice is up to the users. | |

My character got stuck inside the building |

If your character gets stuck in anywhere in the map, you can escape the situation by using the Charm of Return.
Also, you can escape the situation by typing the command /escape to move to the near by town.
If the above does not work, you can ask for 1:1 Customer Service.
If you can notify the GM of the situation, GM can manually move you to another location. | |

What is Citrine Stone? |
|

Citrine stones are used for enchanting options on the Costumes which can be purchased from the Premium Shop.
Citrine stones can be enchanted up to 4 times and it cost 5,000 gold per try.
Citrine stones can only be obtained from the monsters.

1% increase in Enchantment, Enhancement rate/10% increase in gold obtainment/5% decrease in exp loss from dying
